Yes. We can pick you up from the Jockey Club Hotel. E-ticket will be sent to you after we confirm the tour. Therefore, if you book the tour at least 8 days in advance, it shouldn't be a problem to receive the E-ticket in time.

Hi I intend to book a weds departure on 16march. May I know what time would we arrive las Vegas? As I'm intending to catch a 7.30 concert at Caesar's Palace on the very same day - is there enough time? Is the hotel near to Caesar's? Thanks!
We will arrive Las Vegas around 3:00-4:00pm. There will be enough time for your concert. Usually, we book Stratosphere Hotel or Plaza Casino Hotel, both are not far from Carsar's Palace.

We find that this package is very suitable for us. However, I wonder if it is possible to visit the Skywalk instead of the South Rim. Reason being, we will like to stop by Barstow for a quick shopping during the journey to Las Vegas, as we will be stopping our tour at Las Vegas after returning from the Grand Canyon visit. As such, we will not be joining the return ride back to Los Angeles.
But please note that Barstow will be the last day on the way to Los Angeles, which means you might not go to Barstow if you wish to end tour in Las Vegas.

If that being so, the credit card would already have been charged, right? If the tour could not end in Las Vegas. As well as wasted on the hotel booking for the extension should we not being able to end the tour at Las Vegas.

I will like to confirm the itinerary for this tour whether it will be LA-Grand Canyon-LV-LA if I were to book one starting on 1 Jan'11? Or will the sequence be different? This is because my partner and I will like to extend another 2 nights hotel extension after returning from Grand Canyon, and will not be joining the ride back to LA.
We will not be able to confirm this information with you until you have booked the tour online. What you can do is to note in the comment section that you would like to stay in Las Vegas at the end of the tour, and book two nights hotel extension in Las Vegas. We will not continue with the booking if the tour cannot end in Las Vegas for you.

On the last day of the tour, when we come back to L.A, 1)would Chinatown be the first drop off location? 2)How long does it take from Chinatown to LAX by taxi?
I'm planning to fly back to Seattle at 9:00P.M. 3)Would it possible to catch a flight if I really hurry?
The tour ends in Los Angeles around 7:30pm depending on traffic. It takes around 25 minutes from the Chinatown pick up location. We do not recommend for you to fly out of LAX at 9:00pm, we can book a airport hotel for you to stay the night of the last day of the tour then fly out the next morning.
